From July 24 to 26, 2026, in the area of Ciares in the city of Gijón, the traditional Romería de Ciares will take place. This is one of the local summer festivals, combining concerts by contemporary performers, Asturian folklore, gastronomy, and family entertainment.

The main events will take place at the football field La Cruz, where a stage, a gastronomic area, and relaxation spots will be available for three days.

Sunday, July 26
The final day is dedicated to the traditional culture of Asturias.
The program Ciares en Danza includes:
- performances by musicians;
- Asturian folk dances;
- a dance floor open to everyone;
- a presentation of the program Fiestes Populares de Ciares 2026.

The organizers have prepared infrastructure for the comfortable rest of guests:
- there are places designated for elderly people;
- there will be a gastronomic area and a bar;
- bringing your own alcohol is prohibited;
- a Punto Lila has been organized to ensure the safety of visitors;
